Manage data quality, reliability, and observability at terabyte and 500M+ address scale, collaborate with researchers and product, mentor engineers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate work.

Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise data, analytics, and AI in a Microsoft-first environment. Translate business needs into secure, scalable designs, prototype and guide delivery teams, ensure governance, security, and production readiness, and enable enterprise AI (Azure OpenAI, RAG) and BI (Power BI) solutions.

Build and own backend integrations connecting Voxie's SMS platform to CRMs, POS, marketing tools, and messaging providers. Design scalable, testable serverless systems on AWS, handle high-throughput messaging, implement reliable API/webhook/SFTP/batch pipelines, and collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to scope and deliver integrations.

Manage high-volume inbound leads across social channels, convert marketing leads into verified active users, guide onboarding and verification, optimize conversion funnel, maintain user responsiveness, and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and retention.

Own a UK region and build a pipeline of strategic, high-value accounts. Execute consultative account plans from prospecting through close, engage CISOs and security leaders, deliver outcome-based demos with Solutions Engineers, collaborate with partners and internal teams, accurately forecast revenue, and contribute go-to-market feedback.
