The Operations Innovation Strategist validates whether new products can be delivered within existing workflows, staffing, capacity, and SLAs. They lead process improvements, workflow mapping, automation, tooling, and impact measurement. The role also owns product-to-operations handoffs by creating playbooks, runbooks, training materials, ownership models, SLAs, and performance monitoring. Success is measured through views, retention, click-through rate, and returning viewers.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise software solutions, with a primary focus on OpenText Exstream and backend development. Build customer communications and document composition solutions, optimize code, support production workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design decisions, and improve development practices. The role also involves working independently on moderately complex tasks and staying current with AI-assisted development technologies.

Support high-value institutional and VIP customers using Binance products, trading platforms, and APIs. Resolve account and system issues, provide product guidance and updates, represent customer needs internally, coordinate with account, finance, risk, and product teams, gather feedback, and manage product-change projects.
