Lead development of AI-powered topic analytics using machine learning, NLP, and large language models. Design scalable capabilities for topic discovery, classification, clustering, summarization, semantic search, and insight generation across large customer experience datasets. Build production NLP and GenAI pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and hybrid rule-based and ML/LLM solutions while contributing to research and enterprise analytics scalability.

Lead Customer Collaboration across LATAM, driving operational performance (OTIF, Fill Rate, SLA), customer satisfaction, cross-functional partnership with Commercial, and adoption of Kinaxis, AI and automation. Manage regional team, lead continuous improvement, digital transformation, and resolve customer escalations to improve revenue execution and inventory visibility.

Lead and manage individual giving programs across multichannel fundraising (face-to-face, digital, DRTV, direct mail, telemarketing). Develop acquisition/retention plans, donor journeys, oversee donor care and CRM/data accuracy, supervise teams and suppliers, manage budgets, reporting and vendor relationships, and optimize donor lifetime value through segmentation and campaign testing.
