The Director, L&D & Transformation leads development and execution of learning and capability strategies, aligning them with business goals to drive workforce performance and transformation across APJC.

Lead business growth across Asian iGaming markets by identifying opportunities, building operator partnerships, selling SoftSwiss products, managing full sales cycles, attending industry events, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring market and regulatory trends to deliver pipeline and revenue targets.

Build off-site promotion and backlink strategy, measurement stack, and run technical SEO audits. Manage digital marketing operations including publishing engineering content, webinars, and email programs (SendGrid/HubSpot). Build agentic AI workflows to automate SEO monitoring, reporting, and marketing operations.

Support the Macro Regional Director to execute APAC strategies, monitor marketplace KPIs, generate market insights, act as regional PMO for cross-functional projects and country launches, and coordinate partnerships, PR, and government relations to drive regional growth.
