Design mobile and web applications with a customer-journey focus. Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop. Apply mobile design principles (Apple HIG, Material Design), collaborate across teams, and contribute icons/illustrations as needed to deliver CRM/dashboard features and product experiences.
