Provides first-line IT support for hardware, software, account, connectivity, and Microsoft-related issues. Assists with device setup, deployment, onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, ticket documentation, IT asset management, user guides, workstation rollouts, system updates, and office technology setup. The role requires clear customer communication, confidentiality, adherence to security procedures, and collaboration with the IT team.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT facilities and infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure compliance with standards, drive governance and continuous improvement, produce technical documentation, reports, dashboards and executive communications to support project decision-making.
