Leads a team of 10–12 Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates supporting healthcare payer operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, performance management, onboarding, workforce scheduling, quality and productivity monitoring, operational risk escalation, change management, and employee development. Maintains a limited personal caseload to stay current with prior authorization workflows and payer changes while partnering with operations leadership to improve customer outcomes and team performance.

Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging across digital channels. Manage media relations, build content ecosystems (Telegram, YouTube, TikTok), coordinate KOLs and partners, drive community-to-conversion strategies for trading products, and analyze metrics to optimize performance.

Manage IT infrastructure and applications, including network facilities, servers and OS, hardware installation and upgrades, and provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users.

Lead strategy and execution for virtual and physical card products, managing end-to-end launches, vendor and partner relationships (issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, manufacturers), wallet integrations, commercial negotiations, card production and fulfillment, and build scalable SOPs while monitoring performance and driving operational improvements.

Own Salesforce administration and enhancements, maintain sales systems SOPs, produce CRM reporting and pipeline insights, standardize cross-market processes, and train/support APAC sales teams to improve pipeline health and revenue intelligence.

Own and improve operational processes for TradFi products (equities, ETFs, tokenized equities). Manage reconciliations with clearing brokers, corporate actions, clearing & settlement, break investigations, SOPs, controls, and cross-functional support for Product, Tech, Compliance, and Customer Support.
