The Partner Solutions Engineer will enable technical partners, drive integrations, develop joint solutions, and support strategic partner relationships while maintaining strong partner engagement.

Provide remote technical product support for Bright Data's platform via email and phone. Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, explain technical concepts, recommend best practices, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex problems while learning product features.
