Tempo is looking for a motion designer to create product demos, launch videos, and social content about AI and developer tools.
You will create pure motion graphics and combine footage and screen recordings with animation.

Combine footage and screen recordings with motion graphics, pacing, music, and captions.
Own videos from idea through feedback to final delivery.
Strong motion design work, with an eye for design, pacing, and story.
Comfortable with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Interested in AI and developer tools, and quick to learn new tools. Deep technical expertise is not required.
Clear communication, ownership, and fast iteration on feedback.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Required: a link to your best motion design or video work, preferably in English. Pick the piece that best shows what you can do.

Skills Required
- Strong eye for pacing, rhythm, story, and visual taste
- Proficient with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop (or similar)
- Fast with new tools, especially AI, motion, and design tools
- Interest in startups, AI, software, and product tools
- Strong written and spoken English (fluent)
- Strong communication skills
- High ownership; able to work without constant supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment
