Establish AI-assisted development standards using Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, integrate AI into engineering workflows, and evaluate productivity and quality impacts.

Develops new business across LATAM by building executive relationships, uncovering communication-solution opportunities, executing territory and sales plans, generating pipeline, conducting presentations and demonstrations, closing large deals, maintaining CRM accuracy, and forecasting revenue. The role requires consultative, value-based selling of infrastructure software or platform solutions, fluent English and Spanish, and occasional customer travel. It is remote and based in Mexico, with customer-facing visits expected at least 50% of work time.

Leads major strategic industrial projects from contract award through closeout, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, profitability, cash flow, contract compliance, risk, and customer satisfaction.
