Lead hardware quality by defining a company-wide quality plan, processes, and test plans. Run supplier quality (including audits in China twice yearly), secure CE certification, build product traceability, reduce defect rates, and train the hardware team to embed quality across R&D, manufacturing, and field deployments.

Design, develop and maintain robust backend APIs, manage the API landscape, collaborate on B2B solutions, and align architecture with product strategy.

Lead local execution of global franchise priorities for action figures: build and deliver local brand and activation plans, validate product relevance, manage licensor and retail relationships, drive omnichannel retail activation and sell-in support, monitor POS/forecasting, optimize performance, and line-manage a team member to achieve commercial objectives.
