As Credit Strategy Manager, you will manage an assigned perimeter and help ensure that credit production meets business targets by customer segment, pricing and risk level. Through quantitative analysis and close collaboration with CPM, Operations, Risk teams and the relevant Business Unit, you will identify deviations from target, assess their impact and turn your insights into clear recommendations.
- Assess whether origination, customer segments, pricing, default and recovery levels are aligned with business targets
- Analyse financing cohorts and portfolio and generational risk to identify deviations from target and assess their potential impact on P&L and business results
- Provide recommendations to the Business Unit on segment strategy, including whether segments should be opened, maintained or closed
- Work with CPM on default and recovery curves, risk assumptions, scores and rates, including country-specific topics and salary-linked loans.
- Analyse current production and balance-sheet risk to determine whether performance is in line with target.
- Formulate clear, data-driven recommendations based on your analyses.
- Act as a bridge between CPM, Operations, Risk teams and the relevant Business Unit, explaining origination performance and risk trends.
- Contribute to the monthly risk cycle, Risk Committees, ongoing projects and the monthly risk report.
- Communicate clearly with country CEOs, local Risk teams, CPM, ERM and senior stakeholders.
- You graduated from a top-ranked engineering school, business school or university and have at least 3 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally in consulting, internal audit, banking, investment banking, fintech or payments,
- You have a strong quantitative background, are proficient in SQL and can analyse data quickly and independently. You are comfortable using Claude and AI tools,
- You are structured, able to take a high-level view and comfortable working with complex or uncertain topics,
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across different teams,
- You are fluent in English and able to communicate clear, data-driven recommendations to international stakeholders.

- A business case to be presented to the team,
- Final discussions with a member of your future team (60 min), members of the Risk and Data teams (60 min), and a member of the Comex (30 min).

Skills Required
