The Onboarding Project Manager will manage the onboarding process for mid-market customers, ensuring successful transitions, driving clear communication, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful implementations.

Build and own the end-to-end RevOps function: CRM and GTM tech stack administration, data hygiene, forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk execution, cross-functional coordination, post-sale instrumentation, and GTM reporting to scale sales and customer success.

Serve as the finance business partner to Legal and Corporate & External Affairs, providing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, decision support, and cost management. Drive report automation and data visualization, advise leadership on financial risks and opportunities, and support enterprise technology spend optimization. Act as a trusted single point of contact for finance topics and deputy to the Director when needed.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native data pipelines, microservices, and AI-driven orchestration. Develop Python APIs (Flask/FastAPI), implement advanced SQL transformations (BigQuery), integrate LLMs/agents for automated workflows, and collaborate with Data Science and Product to deliver production-grade, observable, and secure AI-enabled data solutions.

Sell Minitab SaaS solutions to mid-market customers: own territory, manage full sales cycle, prospect and close net-new business, grow accounts via upsell/renewals, build executive relationships, deliver consultative discovery and ROI-focused presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, and represent the company at events.

Lead test analysis and design for Salesforce CPQ solutions built on Logik/Logikit. Create test plans and cases, execute test cycles, log and drive defect resolution, validate CPQ pricing and quote-to-order flows, report status to stakeholders, and contribute reusable QA assets and improvements.

Lead 0-to-1 LATAM market entry across Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala and Dominican Republic. Identify and close distribution partnerships, navigate remittance/forex/stablecoin/KYC-AML regulation, achieve first revenue cohorts, use AI tools for market research and prioritization, represent LemFi with partners and regulators, and hire/lead a small BD team.
