Join Binance Accelerator Program as a QA Automation intern to design and execute functional, regression, and automated tests. Develop test cases, review test plans, identify and track bugs, and build automation scripts to increase testing efficiency while collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

Lead and optimize ongoing reliability testing (ORT) programs across design, manufacturing, and field; define test plans and acceleration models; conduct qualifications and failure analysis; run risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA); report reliability data and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement to ensure product compliance and long-term robustness.

Support the Aprimo platform by gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and assisting configuration. Develop and execute test plans (functional, regression, UAT), track defects in ticketing tools, validate post-change performance, and collaborate with stakeholders and senior configurator to ensure timely resolution and high-quality delivery.

Monitor and audit client-facing communications (calls, chats, chatbot, help centre content), analyze DSAT feedback, perform root-cause analysis, coach commercial staff, run calibration and audit-the-auditor sessions, produce regional reports and action plans, and support product/process improvement initiatives.
