Leads Tilt Collective’s external affairs, reputation, media relations, brand strategy, executive communications, digital engagement, and events strategy. Develops narratives and messaging for philanthropy audiences across climate, health, and nature; manages agencies and media relationships; oversees brand consistency and digital channels; supports fundraising communications; and measures external engagement effectiveness globally.

Partner with product and data teams to convert analysis into operational fraud controls and adapt detection strategies as fraud patterns evolve across markets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of new product introductions, modifications, and lifecycle initiatives across the RAMET region. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project governance, risks, KPIs, IBP integration, and ensure operational readiness for successful launches.

Analyzes business initiatives, customer journeys, and digital requirements, translating them into functional specifications and scalable solutions. The role advises executive leadership, coordinates business, technology, risk, compliance, legal, and global stakeholders, and translates AI developments into actionable recommendations while ensuring responsible adoption and alignment with banking regulations and technology strategy.
