Collaborate with development and product teams, analyze requirements, test REST APIs and databases, and provide quality improvement feedback within Agile environments.

Lead a one-month migration from an externally managed Microsoft Intune environment to an in-house MDM/UEM platform. Configure enrollment, security, compliance, and device policies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android; integrate identity systems; migrate and re-enroll devices; troubleshoot issues; and document the final environment for internal handover.

Manage client onboarding and relationships for ecommerce brands, coordinate and publish performance-oriented email workflows, collaborate with designers/content creators, analyze email and onboarding metrics, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
