Join our innovative team as a CRM, in our newly established department, exclusively dedicated to ecommerce brands and pure performance-oriented strategies, focused on creating and developing landing pages and email designs. This department is dedicated to enhancing our digital marketing efforts by producing high-quality, visually appealing, and effective web and email assets.
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual who excels in project management and client relations. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for planning and executing strategies, we want you on our team!

Your Responsibilities will include:
Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our system and addressing any client concerns or questions.
Manage email workflows for ecommerce brands, including scheduling, segmentation, and personalization, to deliver targeted and effective performance-oriented email campaigns.
Coordinate the publishing of emails, collaborating with content creators and designers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Generate and analyze reports on email performance, client onboarding metrics, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing updates on project status, addressing feedback, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a CRM or client services environment, with a track record of successful client onboarding and project delivery for ecommerce brands, with a performance-oriented focus.
Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing platforms, with the ability to effectively manage email workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and interpret reports to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English & French.
