In this role, you will take ownership of strategic customer implementations, managing high-value projects that directly optimize supply chain operations for major global enterprise clients while driving real-world impact and shaping long-term client success.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end customer project implementations following structured project management methodologies, ensuring seamless delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
Facilitate solution design workshops to translate complex client business requirements into tailored software solutions using modular products and industry best practices.
Guide enterprise customers through change management processes, including user training and post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Care.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams to align project deliverables with customer goals.
Track project performance, manage project budgets, and proactively identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception through go-live.
Strong project management capabilities with expertise in scope, schedule, and budget management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills across internal and external teams.
Professional fluency in both English and German.
Bonus Points For:
Proficiency in French or additional European languages.
Background or familiarity with logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
