Work rotating shifts (8am–8pm) in a remote/hybrid setup, complete training and assessments, and maintain call quality and targets.

Perform financial analysis and modeling to optimize supply chain costs (transportation, warehousing, inventory, supplier pricing). Produce forecasts, variance analysis, budgeting, and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements to leadership.

Provide enterprise-wide leadership for global procurement, category management, and supplier strategy across a multi-DC network. Support Account Executives across the sales cycle by researching leads, analyzing customer data, creating engagement plans, scheduling meetings, drafting business cases and pricing, processing contracts, and maintaining Salesforce records. Participate in product shadowing and post-sales reviews to support enterprise SaaS sales for higher education accounts.

Handle inbound customer calls to understand needs, resolve queries, and recommend relevant paid solutions while meeting targets and adhering to FCA rules. Work remotely or hybrid in a virtual contact centre on rotating shifts, log interactions, and contribute to a supportive team focused on quality outcomes and continuous development.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner owning planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Build models, deliver executive dashboards, analyze margin and spend trends, support pricing/contract decisions, lead financial reviews, and drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize profitability and working capital.
