Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting networking solutions across multiple sites, maintaining firewalls, routing and security policies, troubleshooting outages and circuits, performing capacity planning and monitoring, ensuring compliance with public-sector security standards, participating in on-call rotation, and travelling to UK (and occasional international) sites.

Design, maintain, and optimize HLR/HSS/UDM subscriber templates and roaming logic. Lead Full MVNO profile deployments, collaborate with roaming partners and system integrators, define HLR/HSS KPIs, and troubleshoot signalling using Wireshark and roaming platforms.

Build and design proxy infrastructure from scratch, implement rotation systems, manage IP reputation, optimize for performance, and develop reverse proxy systems for various proxy types.

Implement, test, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain REST API and SIP telecom solutions. Monitor and tune infrastructure for high availability, develop test automation, perform packet/protocol analysis, support deployments and upgrades, participate in Tier 3 on-call rotation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. Provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, and security solutions; troubleshoot high-pressure incidents, manage escalations and change requests, and maintain technical documentation. Requires UK site travel and occasional out-of-hours work.

Lead availability, reliability and continuous improvement of the Connectivity platform. Monitor, diagnose and resolve service issues using telemetry and data. Build partner relationships, drive automation and process optimisation, contribute to roadmap and incident response, and support service transitions to meet business objectives.

Lead technical delivery of customer network projects, act as technical lead for network faults, escalations and major incidents. Work with project and account managers, ensure solution quality, documentation, and provide hands-on enterprise support. Customer-facing role with UK site visits and occasional out-of-hours work.

Support commissioning, validation and transition of customer network services into BAU. Perform wireless and end-to-end network testing, onboard access points, switches and routers, produce handover documentation, and work with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Provisioning and NOC to ensure operational readiness and quality standards.

Use monitoring and telemetry to detect and resolve service issues, drive automation and process optimisation, collaborate across teams and partners, contribute to platform strategy and roadmaps, and support major incident resolution.
