The Global Business Insight Analyst will analyze client financial data, enhance data quality controls, optimize Power BI reports, and drive business insights for strategic decisions.

Analyze business and IT requirements, design solutions, document complex systems, and support software development teams with technical queries and user stories.

Lead requirements gathering, wireframe reporting, develop and execute System and UAT test plans, run stakeholder workshops, support rollout and hyper-care, and drive adoption and training for finance BI and planning projects. Contribute to AI reporting initiatives through user stories, personas and journey mapping.

Transform operational data into actionable insights by building semantic models, reporting solutions and metrics (Power BI/Fabric, DAX, M, SQL). Ensure data quality, governance, access controls, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to enable self-service analytics.
