Execute and coordinate market research projects from questionnaire setup through fieldwork monitoring. Program, test, and manage surveys on the Appinio platform; ensure data quality; resolve fieldwork issues; and support analysis and reporting. Collaborate with Research Consultants, Account Management, and Product teams, including integrating AI into research workflows. Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership.

Lead and scale Prevail's Research function: set vision and strategy, manage and hire researchers, run complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, build cost-effectiveness and fund-sizing models, evaluate interventions, synthesize evidence into clear decision-ready outputs, and advise senior leaders to inform philanthropic investments.
