Designs and documents secure hosted control-room systems, networks, interfaces, configurations, and architectures. Installs, removes, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software; investigates system issues and implements corrective and preventative measures. The role requires knowledge of VMware, NSX, Microsoft Server, SQL, networking, SIP/WebRTC, and Azure, along with customer-facing skills.
