Serve as HR Business Partner for a business unit: improve team structure and processes, coach leaders, design and run people programs (performance, rewards, engagement), analyze people data to surface trends and recommendations, provide HR policy guidance, manage HR operations (MIS, payroll inputs, reporting), and develop and execute the HR strategic plan while implementing innovative HR practices.

Own supplier relationships and strategic supplier business plans to drive financial performance. Lead supplier business reviews, identify new supplier-driven service opportunities, support pricing negotiations, manage forecasting, rebate projections, and perform program impact analysis.

Own protocol project delivery: build and maintain roadmaps in Linear, coordinate product/engineering and external stakeholders, surface risks and dependencies, run cross-team syncs, manage audit firm relationships and contracts, and improve PM processes as the team scales.

Perform in-depth property valuations and analyses, collect documentation, conduct site visits, write expert reports, advise clients, coordinate portfolio assignments across France/Europe, ensure compliance with professional standards, support business development and project initiatives.

Handle incoming B2B support tickets via Zendesk, escalate and follow up on technical issues, resolve recurring problems, update internal and external documentation, develop FAQs and how-to guides, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Six-month internship based in Paris requiring French native and professional English.

Own and evolve the company design system (Figma): define strategy, roadmap, components, documentation, and adoption.
