Accounting Manager France (m/f/d)

👉 Join our team in Neuville-sur-Oise as Accounting Manager France (m/f/d) and work with us on our mission: generating renewable energy sustainably—so that the Earth remains a place worth living on.

🔹 Accounting & Local Compliance (France) 

• Full responsibility for financial accounting under French GAAP (Plan Comptable Général) 

• Preparation and supervision of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements 

• Management of VAT (TVA), corporate income tax and local tax compliance 

• Coordination with expert-comptable and commissaire aux comptes 

• Ensuring compliance with French commercial and corporate law 

🔹 Group Reporting (Germany) 

• Monthly and quarterly reporting to the German parent company 

• Preparation of consolidation packages in accordance with Group standards (HGB / IFRS exposure beneficial) 

• Reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions 

• Timely and accurate submission of reporting data 

• Implementation of Group accounting policies within French entities 

🔹 SPV Portfolio Management 

• Financial oversight of up to 140 project entities 

• Standardization of accounting structures and recurring processes 

• Monitoring of dividend distributions and capital measures 

• Close cooperation with Treasury and Controlling at Group level 

🔹 Leadership & Organization 

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of up to 10 team members 

• Development of team structure and performance standards 

• Capacity planning and prioritization 

• Continuous improvement of processes and automation 

🔹 Projects & Transformation 

• Active participation in ERP development (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred) 

• Harmonization of French processes with Group standards 

• Support of finance transformation and digitalization initiatives 

• Implementation of internal control systems (ICS) 

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 

• 5–8 years of professional experience 

• Strong knowledge of French GAAP and tax law 

• Experience in multi-entity / SPV environments 

• First leadership experience required 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central desirable 

• Experience in group reporting / consolidation environment is a strong asset 

• Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
