Lead Kinaxis Maestro implementations and integrations to improve global supply chain planning. Assess processes, design solutions, manage projects, provide application support, enable users, and drive continuous improvement and analytics.

Lead a 10+ person systematic equity research team in Bangalore, driving research across active, indexing, and custom solutions. Oversee model lifecycle, AI-enabled workflows, data platforms, and governance; partner with global PMs and external research partners; mentor junior researchers and contribute to thought leadership.
