The Principal Security Engineer will manage security vulnerabilities, analyze threats, mentor teams, and ensure security integration in development, with hands-on remediation in a Java environment.

Provide second-level incident response and security SME support, tune detection tooling (SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, WAF/NGFW), apply identity-centric and Zero Trust controls, advise product and R&D on secure-by-design patterns, mature security controls for data and AI services, document runbooks and metrics, and automate recurring tasks through scripting or AI agents.

Provide front-line technical support for a portfolio of small-to-mid customers: troubleshoot platform/configuration/integrations, assist onboarding, prepare technical materials, co-lead workshops, document runbooks, and escalate product issues. Build cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud-security knowledge while working with CSMs, Support, and Engineering.

Serve as a strategic advisor to drive RSA Professional Services and Identity Security adoption. Lead discovery workshops, shape solution strategy and SOWs, support strategic sales, and deliver expertise in IAM/IGA, SecurID and related RSA products to expand professional services revenue and customer success.

The Vice President will lead the Global Security Department in India, overseeing security policies, investigations, and collaboration with business leaders to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of assets and personnel.
