As a foundational XDR for Italy, you will establish the sales pipeline, utilize outbound tactics, and partner with leadership to drive revenue growth.

Amplify an existing small, specialized team to meet regulatory and institutional requirements while preserving culture and retention.

Support debt capital markets origination and execution across Italy, Greece, and the wider region, with emphasis on financial institutions. Collaborate with syndicate, risk, coverage, legal, and compliance teams; contribute to marketing, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions. Advise public-sector, corporate, and financial institution clients on fundraising while analyzing market data and preparing client materials using Bloomberg, Excel, and AI tools.

Manage Nike account strategies and partner relationships across Italy and Greece. Develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, scenario plans, and replenishment strategies; oversee account performance, order books, sell-in, in-season trading, and revenue growth. Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams, support partner experiences, conduct store visits and staff training, and gather competitor insights while ensuring Nike products and brand stories are effectively presented.
