Travel up to 50%.

Lead and grow Inato's AI prescreening product for clinical research sites. Prioritize user satisfaction, scale global adoption (especially outside the US), and deliver features that automate patient eligibility review, adapt pipelines for country-specific regulations, and leverage state-of-the-art AI models to improve accuracy and reduce costs. Collaborate with product and AI engineering teams to drive product strategy, execution, and international expansion.

Lead, coach and scale a team of 4–8 Account Executives targeting SMB/mid‑market customers in DACH. Own team quota, carry a personal quota on select deals, support and co‑own complex opportunities, embed sales methodology (MEDDPICC/SPICED), maintain CRM hygiene, hire and develop A‑players, and shape the DACH GTM in partnership with Marketing, SDRs and Partnerships.
