Own end-to-end product features for a billing platform: discover, scope, implement, release, and iterate. Work with customers and cross-functional teams, contribute to product decisions, build reliable solutions, use AI to prototype and accelerate work, and engage with the open-source community on GitHub.

Lead regional Application operations for EMEA North Install: set regional technical strategy, run capacity planning and OKRs, manage and develop application teams, enforce design and commissioning standards, support strategic projects and ecosystem partnerships, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful pre-sales through customer acceptance.
