Lead institutional business development to drive adoption of Inco's privacy and confidentiality blockchain solutions with banks, fintechs, payment firms, stablecoin issuers, and crypto institutions. Source and manage a pipeline, cultivate senior relationships, translate technical value into commercial opportunities, run pilots and integrations, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate cross-functional execution with product and engineering.

Work with the Threat Research team to apply generative AI and LLMs to fraud and threat detection: prototype multi-agent pipelines, build a GenAI cloud stack, integrate AI features into products, and collaborate with engineering teams to automate traffic analysis and generate detection summaries.

Manage a high-volume book of SaaS customers to drive renewals: identify risk, lead renewal negotiations, ensure contract accuracy, coach on adoption, and collaborate with Support, Sales, and QTC while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Own email and CRM end-to-end: select and implement an ESP/CRM, build sending infrastructure and deliverability, design lifecycle flows (onboarding, trial-to-paid, cart abandonment, payment failures, win-back), design segmentation with BI, and measure channel revenue and cohort LTV.
