Design, build, operate, and maintain petabyte-scale, fault-tolerant Product Metrics systems (storage, ingestion, serving). Ensure performance, reliability, availability, cost-efficiency; deliver features, mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to roadmap and design discussions.

Provide empathetic, timely technical support for a rapidly evolving B2B SaaS platform. Troubleshoot complex issues, escalate to engineering, meet KPIs, identify trends, improve processes, build knowledge base, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the user experience.

Lead development and scale-up of Reju's polyester recycling process from pilot and demonstration to commercial deployment. Translate pilot and plant data into robust process designs, optimize unit operations (purification, crystallization, filtration, drying, solids handling), coordinate R&D, engineering, operations and external partners, and establish the process development roadmap to drive technical decisions, risk reduction, and delivery of project objectives.

Lead and scale the companys Native Advertising function across Taboola, Microsoft Ads Native, LiveIntent, and Newsbreak. Build and manage a growing team of media buyers, develop testing frameworks and platform playbooks, optimize campaigns at scale, partner with Design/CRO/Analytics, and establish processes for repeatable, profitable performance marketing.

Design, implement, optimize, and audit Solidity smart contracts and DeFi primitives (vaults, lending, staking). Build adapters, connectors, and plugins, contribute to greenfield financial products, support security audits, and occasionally build supporting full-stack tooling like frontends and indexers.

Design, implement, and productionize Databricks and ADF data pipelines; develop and version data models; manage Azure cloud data infrastructure; execute schema and data migrations; optimize ETL performance and complex data flows; support DevOps practices and collaborate on testing and deployment. Power BI experience is a plus.

Manage and convert inbound EMEA SaaS leads (trials, enquiries, quotes, RFPs). Qualify and prioritise opportunities, demo product, recommend solutions, maintain CRM (HubSpot), follow up to close, and share customer/market insights with the team.

Lead and grow an MLOps team, define the ML infrastructure roadmap, and architect scalable automated pipelines, low-latency model serving, feature stores, monitoring, and CI/CD to move research into production.
