Drive partner engagement, negotiate supply costs, manage pricing and margin performance, translate KPIs into actions, improve processes with cross-functional teams, use data to forecast and mitigate risks, travel regionally, and grow and lead the local supply team.

Lead and strengthen HSE performance for Grid Automation operations globally. Implement HSE strategy, conduct site reviews and audits, support incident investigations, analyze performance data, deploy improvements, coach operational teams, and represent the BU in governance and HSE programs. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture across projects, service, and manufacturing environments.
