As the Agency Development Director, you will drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with media agencies and advertisers in Southern Europe, utilizing consultative selling and deep knowledge of ad tech to expand market presence and manage complex sales cycles.

Lead and develop a global technical support team to resolve customer issues, manage escalations, analyze field failures, improve support processes, and liaise with Quality, Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure service excellence and compliance with ISO and company standards.

Create, review, and refine advanced mathematical problems, solutions, and proofs for AI training datasets. Design challenging problems, validate reasoning, identify errors, and produce clear technical explanations. Apply research methodology, provide structured feedback, and collaborate with project teams to improve mathematical content quality.

Provide technical support for Object First/Veeam backup storage: diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues, guide customers on configuration and best practices, document fixes and RCAs, build/validate lab procedures, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Field sales representative responsible for meeting sales targets, promoting and merchandising products, supporting customer business development, processing orders, reporting daily sales, planning routes, and resolving customer incidents to build loyalty.

Drive technical sales and business development for industrial customers in precision grinding. Generate pipeline, represent the company at industry events, apply consultative selling, collaborate with internal stakeholders, document CRM records and share technical know-how to optimize customer solutions and grow partnerships.

Serve as trusted advisor for a portfolio of SaaS customers: onboard, train, monitor account health, report on metrics (NPS, retention, ARR), identify expansion/upsell opportunities, advocate customer needs internally, and improve customer success processes to reduce churn and drive growth.
