Own DR/replication (Maxava), backup (BRMS), system upgrades, performance tuning, security/audit, automation (CL/QShell/PASE/Python/Rexx), integrations (SFTP/APIs/EDI), and documentation/runbooks across hybrid on-prem Power Systems and PowerVS cloud environments.

Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and operational training programs; conduct needs analyses; manage LMS and training projects; create internal communications and campaign activations; analyze training metrics and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead HRIS and talent systems (primarily Workday): configure and deploy updates, ensure data integrity, build reports/dashboards, support users via Jira, drive roadmap and integrations, train HR staff, and partner cross-functionally to improve HR processes and compliance.
