Maintain expertise in products, market trends, and competitive conditions while providing strategic insights. The role requires B2B SaaS and HR technology sales experience, quota achievement, pipeline generation, and experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise buyers.

Leads and grows major national accounts, driving profitable sales, market-share gains, pricing actions, and customer relationships. Owns accounting and financial reporting for a mid-sized manufacturing company, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis, tax compliance, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis. Leads the front office accounting team, manages accounting and manufacturing systems, establishes internal controls, and partners with the CFO and leadership team on planning and strategic decisions.

Prepares and organizes tax workpapers, reconciliations, filings, schedules, compliance calendars, and supporting documentation for corporate, partnership, trust, individual, and other tax matters. Supports tax research, planning, payments, audits, notices, and external advisors while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. Requires advanced Excel skills, strong organization, and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and related workflow tools.
