Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, manage social media and client details, work in the field with sales leaders twice weekly, and support manufacturing-facility clientele while maintaining a professional image.

Handle inbound customer and prospect inquiries by phone, email, or chat. Provide sales presentations, troubleshoot account or product issues, document interactions in the database, meet productivity targets, participate in training, and apply de-escalation and customer-satisfaction techniques.
