Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations for three entities, handle lease (ASC 842) and revenue (ASC 606) accounting, manage intercompany billing, review expenses, and perform collections (~25%). Support day-to-day and month-end accounting for Sales & Marketing: prepare ~40-60 journal entries monthly (accruals, reclasses, recurring), validate coding, reconcile balance sheet accounts, assist with Concur reporting, SAP requests, expense schedules, variance tracking, and ad hoc reporting. Maintain documentation and meet close deadlines.

Prepare and record recurring and cleanup journal entries, perform monthly reconciliations and month-end close tasks, analyze aged balances and variances, support accounting research and projects, and assist leadership with account analysis and data validation.

Maintain accurate financial records by supporting general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset accounting, and accounts payable. Manage high-volume trade deductions: research backup, classify and process credit memos, prepare accruals, reconcile to the general ledger, collaborate with Sales/FP&A/Customer Service, produce deduction reporting, support month-end close and audits, and improve deduction workflows and SOPs.

Support transactional accounting and close activities for prepaids, cash, and fixed assets. Prepare/post journal entries, reconciliations, amortization, depreciation, and audit support. Assist month‑end/quarter/year‑end close, financial reporting, ad‑hoc analyses, and process improvement initiatives under US GAAP.
