Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support the monthly close and the day-to-day accounting
operations of a fast-growing manufacturing company. You will own journal entries, accruals,
prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and account reconciliations, and prepare the schedules that
support our audit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close.
- Calculate and record accruals, and maintain the supporting documentation.
- Maintain prepaid expense schedules and record monthly amortization.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and research reconciling items.
- Prepare audit schedules and gather documentation in support of the annual audit.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations as needed.
- Follow and help document accounting procedures; flag issues and process gaps.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and the month-end close process.
- Experience with an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable asking questions.
- Eager to learn and take on more ownership in a fast-moving environment.
What We Offer
This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary +
discretionary bonus for this role. Total package may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $140,000 total cash compensation plus equity
