Partner with business leaders to execute people strategy for France and Switzerland: talent management, succession planning, organizational design, change management, employee and industrial relations (including works council engagement), investigations, and core HR process implementation alongside Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to achieve business and people outcomes.

Prospect and qualify new B2B cybersecurity leads in France through outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events). Book meetings, engage stakeholders, personalize messaging, optimize outbound strategies and tooling, represent the company at events, and keep CRM pipeline data current while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Lead regional IT operations across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. Ensure service performance, vendor and budget management, retail store lifecycle readiness, regional project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement while partnering with global IT and local stakeholders.
