Leads business development and marketing strategy for a global litigation practice. Manages projects and 2–4 staff, develops strategy and business opportunities, oversees technical assistance engagements, and advises local governments and community partners. Directs geospatial data integration, spatial analysis, parcel prioritization, mapping, market studies, and quantitative and qualitative research using tools such as ArcGIS, R, and Python. Builds partner relationships, ensures quality deliverables, and supports organizational strategy.
