Apply project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and leverage AI platforms to increase efficiency.

Lead the Partner Success Operations unit, managing BPO agents and Medical Assistant teams, ensuring onboarding, scheduling, QA, SOPs, and trackers. Act as operational right-hand to the Director, coordinate handoffs between integration and growth teams, surface process gaps, and maintain scalable operational infrastructure across partner accounts.
