It requires extensive HR compliance experience, HRIS expertise, audit experience, and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Leads the bank’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and financial strategy functions. Oversees GAAP-compliant statements, Call Reports, audits, regulatory examinations, forecasting, ALCO support, capital planning, and risk management. Owns roadmap delivery, operational excellence, incident response, SLOs, and day-two operations while partnering with Product and customer-facing teams. Coaches, develops, hires, and retains engineers; translates product priorities into engineering plans; manages risks and dependencies; and drives reliable, high-quality launches across distributed cloud services.
