Lead sourcing for Starlink ground infrastructure by establishing regional and global supplier partnerships, negotiating agreements, developing commercial models, creating metrics for operational and financial health, and working cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and cost savings. Support regional regulatory, cultural, and financial planning and enable asset activation and reliable customer service.
