Serve as a senior HR business partner delivering employee relations support, performance management, learning and development, engagement and culture initiatives, talent development, HR reporting, compliance guidance, and organizational design consultation. Lead programs like internships, leader development, engagement surveys, training delivery, investigations, documentation, and change efforts to strengthen leader capability, employee experience, and retention.

Serve as the primary HR partner for U.S. employees and managers, handling employee relations, benefits and 401(k) administration, leave and accommodation processes, compliance, vendor and payroll coordination, policy and SOP maintenance, HR data accuracy, and coaching of junior HR staff. Provide guidance on complex HR matters, improve processes, and partner on workforce planning and People Operations initiatives.

Lead and manage the university development team, oversee donor portfolio, and identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward leadership, major, and planned gift donors. Supervise staff, use CRM and technology tools, travel and work evenings/weekends as needed, and report to the Vice President of University Advancement.
