Senior HR Business Partner provides full-spectrum HR services across multiple departments: employee relations, leave and workers' compensation administration, multi-state compliance, manager coaching, people analytics, organizational design, change management, SOP development, and HR technology administration (HRIS/ATS/Paycom/Workable). Acts as day-to-day advisor to managers, leads automation initiatives, and supports senior leadership with data-driven HR strategy.

Develop encryption, IAM, DLP, IRM/DRM, tokenization, and SecOps controls; secure data pipelines, perform vulnerability assessments, automate security tasks, and maintain policies and documentation while collaborating with development teams.

Lead and develop a phone-based inbound/outbound sales team focused on same-day and short-cycle closes. Build daily cadence, Salesforce dashboards, SOPs, call flows, and contact strategies. Coach on-floor through side-by-side selling, call reviews, and live-call support. Track and report daily/weekly performance, enforce accountability, and spend the first month selling to understand processes.

Lead FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliance efforts by hardening AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, implementing security controls, automating evidence collection, improving CI/CD security, and collaborating with security, legal, and engineering teams to support regulated customers.

Manage and grow assigned national accounts in the equipment rental sector, build senior-level relationships, develop sales forecasts and strategies, coordinate with national and regional sales teams, resolve escalations, attend trade shows, and travel extensively to support and expand business across multiple product lines.

Support DoD cybersecurity programs for PEO STRI: administer RMF activities, vulnerability management, security assessments, accreditation/authorization support, policy development, continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and compliance with DoD/NIST requirements. Collaborate with systems and engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain security posture for mission-critical systems.

Own and strengthen Doctronic's security posture for a HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II environment. Maintain compliance, run audits, perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, handle incident response, vendor security reviews, build security automation and monitoring, and partner with engineering to embed security across the SDLC.

Own brand performance analysis and optimization across multiple gaming brands. Build dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI), deliver data-driven insights, establish commercial best practices and knowledge sharing, partner with cross-functional teams, present to leadership, and advance analytics capabilities.
