Coordinates third-party reports and loan closings for complex commercial real estate loans, including flood, environmental, and title reports. Reviews title policies, escrow documentation, legal entity structures, lien perfection, real property insurance, and environmental assessments. Collaborates with internal banking groups, vendors, and service providers while providing guidance to Title and Escrow Coordinators and supporting accurate, timely commercial loan execution.

Provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning and investment advice to credit union members. Develops customized financial plans, delivers ongoing guidance, prospects and follows up with members, and collaborates with branch employees. The advisor also trains branch staff on investment goals, maintains regulatory and ethical standards, completes required education, and travels to multiple branches and administrative locations as scheduled.

Owns POS reporting, item-level demand forecasting, P&L analysis, assortment and pricing insights, SKU and inventory recommendations, and commercial dashboards for ZURU’s US Sales and Commercial teams. Presents financial and retail performance insights to internal stakeholders and retailer partners, supports line reviews and joint business plans, and improves scalable reporting and planning processes.

Manage territory sales and business targets, develop and retain customer accounts, build relationships with customers and dealers, prepare quotations, support major accounts with product and technical guidance, and monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.

Manage pricing and operations strategy through cost-to-serve modeling, margin protection, financial close activities, forecasting, performance reporting, and cross-functional business support. The role provides analytical insights for deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity planning, and growth of business lines while supporting revenue and margin initiatives.

Supports the Global VP of Sales, Managing Director, and senior leadership team by managing calendars, travel, meetings, presentations, communications, confidential information, and action tracking. Oversees Austin office operations, partners with HR and IT on employee initiatives, supports strategic projects, and improves administrative processes and efficiency.
