As a Services Generator Engineer, you will ensure generator reliability, provide technical support, lead problem-solving sessions, and improve generator performance through strategic recommendations and engineering documentation.

Serve as the in-branch primary client contact, handle front-lobby transactions and compliance, provide exceptional client service, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and refer clients to advisors. Support branch success by adopting technology, managing multiple tasks, and completing required FINRA licensing.

Sell ADT security and smart business solutions to small business customers by assessing needs, customizing systems, generating leads, closing sales, conducting post-install follow-ups, and building long-term client relationships while working in a designated territory.

Plan and execute capital equipment and automation projects across depots and hubs. Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, contractors, commissioning, and site-readiness. Ensure safe installations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, verify throughput and operational readiness, and hand off to operations while driving efficiency, safety, and reliability. Frequent travel required.

Build and maintain document-processing systems and user-facing applications. Develop front-end components in React and TypeScript, support back-end work in Scala, write well-tested code, and collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams. Learn from senior engineers and contribute to scalable legaltech solutions.

Provide administrative support to the Culinary Director and dining program: scheduling, HR/recruiting assistance, employee engagement, social media management, basic design (Canva), billing/invoicing support, resident liaison duties, event support, and maintaining confidentiality and policy compliance.

Handle inbound/outbound telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, maintain and grow customer accounts, prospect new business, support outside sales, use digital tools/CRM and ERP, resolve customer issues, and participate in product training.

Perform corporate and property-level accounting for a real estate/property management firm: AP/AR processing, reconciliations, accruals and adjusting entries, financial statement compilation and reporting, budget development and variance analysis, mortgage loan management, and ad hoc accounting projects while supporting the Controller and executive team.

Handle inbound telephone and email sales, quote and process orders, support outside sales, prospect for new accounts, manage customer relationships, provide product knowledge and follow-up throughout the purchasing cycle.

Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, prospect and follow up on leads, prepare proposals and pricing, manage CRM and sales pipelines, coordinate with field adjusters and operations, attend meetings/conferences, and track client performance and deployment capacity.
