Act as the JD-systems bridge: establish client trust in AI, support commercial sales, design legal decision workflows, and lead evaluation teams of paralegals/nurse consultants to validate audit-ready AI outputs.

Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the General Counsel, including drafting and redlining contracts and NDAs, managing contract records and e-signature workflows, supporting legal intake and knowledge management, conducting legal research, improving legal processes, partnering cross-functionally, and managing special projects.
