Lead and coach a feature-team engineering group while remaining hands-on through code reviews, architecture discussions, and selective coding. Set technical and product direction, collaborate with Product and Design, and guide engineers building compensation, savings, tax, or AI capabilities. Promote responsible AI-assisted development, improve delivery and product quality, and support performance management and career development.

Leads end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research across digital products, from scoping and execution through synthesis and stakeholder alignment. Translates customer insights into product and business recommendations, influences strategy, manages multiple initiatives, supports research operations, maintains an insights repository, and mentors colleagues. Collaborates with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and Commercial teams in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
